- Application insight - taking the time with each customer to gain an in-depth understanding of the component, its function and performance needs
- Substrate analysis - researching an underlying material to be coated, with an eye toward maximizing adhesion and application efficiency
- Process study - assessing how the part will be affected by the steps in the manufacturing process, as well as how it must function in its end use
- Quality integration - creating clear standards for performance and appearance, then documenting performance in each part of the coating process to assure maximum repeatability
The custom chemical process we’ve described takes more commitment than the “dip and ship” approach you’ll find elsewhere. The results, however, are more than worth the effort.
